The project incorporated multiple outdoor features, including an upper deck connected to the main living room, a built-in fire pit, and a pavilion complete with a fireplace, mounted TV, and bar seating. To ensure long-term flexibility, a built-in grill was added with space for future expansion, and the open central gathering area provided a welcoming flow between each element.
Next Nature managed the design concept, 3D renderings, construction documentation, and on-site supervision. Consistent communication among the contractor, homeowner, and design team ensured each component met both aesthetic and functional goals, with all work completed on schedule.
This project successfully transformed the property into a harmonious living space that connects the home’s interior with its surrounding environment.
